Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with ALICE COOPER!
Sure playing 'School's Out' can be considered a bit on the nose the day after Oscoda schools let out for the summer but that's why Johnny doesn't do things like that all that often. So when it's time to tip our cap to the Class of 2022 and tell the rest of the cool kids to have a great summer, it sounds damned good.
Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with MATERIAL ISSUE!
Do you like song about stalkers, Joey? Here's one of the more underrated stalker/unrequited love songs, 'Valerie Loves Me' from 1991.
Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with THE ROLLING STONES!
Once a year or so not named our big New Year's Eve video party Johnny likes to post a Rolling Stones clip because, well, Johnny loves the Stones. Wrapping things up tonight it's 'The Last Time' taking us back to 1965. Gotta love the Ed Sullivan Show clips, Ed insisted on LIVE music.
Ed was awesome.

Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with THE SEX PISTOLS!
Since her majesty the Queen is having another Royal Jubilee it brings to mind one from a long time ago. Some lads showed up to protest the very idea of a royal family taking up so much up time, effort, and money away from regular residents of Great Britain. Those lads had a song about all this nonsense and this, being a rock and roll respecting blog, well, starting us out tonight it can only be, 'God Save the Queen'
Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with FLEETWOOD MAC!
Up next one of the best songs ever written or recorded if you ask Johnny. 'Hypnotized' grabbed Johnny early on and he's simply loved it sooooo much ever since.
Friday night MULTIMEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA with GARY WRIGHT!
Johnny well remembers Jersey City mayor Steve Fulop introducing Gary Wright at a political event that had jaws dropping all over JC asking, "Gary Wright, what the hell?"
In all seriousness here's a link to a really great interview with Gary (Can we call you Gary?) from 2011 but still a great read. 'Love Is Alive' taking us out tonight.

If the Queen is having a Royal Jubilee this weekend...
We'll remember another one of the Queen's Royal Jubilees back in the 70's....on the Music Series tomorrow night.
Go on, guess who and guess what song.
