Over time performers get certain moods or personalities given to them via the media and fans. Elton John? Prickly. Is he? Johnny doesn't know but that's the word on the street. Jon Bon Jovi, not just a rock star but a human star with all his charity work. Seems to be a good enough guy, again word on the street. So, we come to our next performer, Donovan. Somewhat of a Bay area groove poet ala Jim Morrison down in L.A. or Bob Dylan with a psychedelic twinge. Certainly not thought of a someone whose music might sounds good over like murder and death and so forth BUT

BUT 'Season of the Witch' plays over the frozen dead body of Nicole Kidman as Illeana Douglas ice skates over her face at the end of To Die For and Johnny watched Zodiac last week and there was tonight's second song, 'Hurdy Gurdy Man' playing over the first two murders of the movie.
Just shit only Johnny notices. There seems to be some debate who plays guitar on this song, Jimmy Paige or Jeff Beck. Does anyone know for sure?
