3 years on...

Today, May 16, is the three year anniversary of Johnny's double bypass. Things can always change quickly of course but as an update he feels really great, big ups to his surgical team.

Johnny wasn't around the City Desk offices last May 16

No, he was getting cracked open like a turkey and having people with letters after their names touch and fondle his heart in a double bypass surgery. Johnny is still around so here's to all the great folks at Ascension Providence Hospital in Southfield. 

This Elton John song probably wouldn't have made the Music Series anytime soon, not with his incredibly deep catalog but it's Johnny's mood right now so here we go...
